Fishing process

Fishing (ship) is one of life skills that allows player to fish with a ship, equipped with a fishing net, which is installed by default on all ships when they are built. Fish obtained from the sea are used as ingredients for cooking or as fuel for the ship.

Fishing skill level can be increased by clicking on the "+" button if character has free life skill points.

How to learn, level up and use sea fishing skill

To learn a skill, a character must have at least 1 free life skill point. It is necessary to double-click on book to learn "Fishing" skill. Book can be bought for 1000 gold from any NPC Grocery in one of the three main cities, for example, from Grocery - Jimberry in Argent (2232,2729). Player can increase the skill level by pressing combination Alt+S, switching to the second tab and clicking on the "+" button next to the Fishing skill. Increasing each new level consumes 1 life skill point.

• The level of fishing skill affects what level of fish the character can catch. Also, each new skill level increases the drop rate of fish by +10% of the base drop rate, but does not reduce the fishing time.
• The maximum possible level of Fishing is 10, but it is not recommended to increase the skill above level 4, since there is no point in this at the moment.
• Hand pet, premium status and all item drop rate amplifiers DO NOT increase the drop rate of fish while fishing.

To start fishing, you need to set sails using ship, sail to the fishing spot, click on the skill (for convenience, the skill can be placed on the hotbar with the F1-F12 keys), then click on the fishing spot. The ship will cast nets and begin the fishing process, which will last 10 seconds, after which the spot will be exhausted and disappear. A certain time must pass before the spot appears again.
