Transferring gems to other equipment
Transferring gems to other equipment is a process that allows the player, in just one action, with a 100% chance to completely transfer all forged gems (while maintaining their level) from one equipment without having to extract gems.
What you need to transfer gems
In order to transfer gems from one equipment to another, you need:
- Two pieces of equipment that must be the same type and for the same class (for example: 2 one-handed swords for crusader or 2 boots for cleric). The level of equipment can be either the same or different.
Enhance Transfer Stone, which can be purchased for IMPs from Item Mall in Blacksmith -> Bla IMPs tab. During transfer, the stone must be in the inventory.- 1 000 000 gold
How to transfer gems
To transfer gems, you need to go to NPC Furnace of Immortality in Spring Town (3257, 2502):
- Select "Special set upgrade"
- Place the old equipment from which gems will be extracted into the "Equip #1" slot
- Place the new equipment into which the gems will be transferred into the "To Equip #2" slot
- Press the CONFIRM button.
- Ticket to Spring Town can be purchased for gold from Baby in Argent (2202, 2776).
- To be able to talk to Furnace of Immortality, the character must have completed the quest "Language Barrier".
Transfer features
- For transfer, the amount of sockets in the new equipment (to which the gems are transferred) does not matter. Gems will be transferred even if there are no sockets.
- In old equipment (from which gems are extracted), after transfer the amount of sockets will become zero.
- Effectiveness (Strengthening) is not transfered.
- If, before the transfer, other gems are already forged into the new equipment (to which the gems are transferred), then after the transfer they will disappear. Before transferring, gems can be extracted from new equipment using pliers.
